Keith was our technician he. Was very prompt and on time a very neat and organized technician extremely polite and easy to talk to had an issue with our hot water heater leaking from the top hot water, inlet valve called on a Monday late afternoon. KEITH showed up first thing Tuesday morning took care of the problem right away very knowledgeable and you can see he takes pride in his work would definitely recommend.
Excellent service again by August! He has been with the company for years and came years ago to help with other things around my house. The company is great and I highly recommend them. They just installed a new hot water heater for me and he did a great job. It was very quick and a reasonable price.
Richard was beyond exceptional! He went out of his way to retrieve a part for my ac unit that’s at my winter home. He knew I was limited on time and took care of everything! He is an expert and very pleasant to talk to! We’re so lucky to have found him. Also… we’ve have a great overall experience with the whole business. Everyone we’ve spoken to has been fantastic!
