Joshua W. serviced our home for our concerns. He was prompt, efficient, and so helpful. He went out of his way to help me change my existing filters, teach me what I need to buy for the future, and explained things to me that I didn’t understand. He gave his recommendations on what services he recommends we do immediately (to protect air quality) and the things we can drag our feet on if needed. He told me how to optimize our usage to be more energy efficient . Spent so much time with us. Very appreciative of this company and Joshua W.
