Water pump and belt blew out yesterday evening on the side of 52 and I can not say how thankful I am that I found Jack. It was pretty late on a Saturday so my expectations were not high trying to found someone to come and help me but I found Jack and he was there in no time. Couldn't get the part that late so he came right back this morning like he said and had me fixed up in no time. Professional, courteous, super fair priced, and has my business in the future. He even brought my dog and I Water this morning. Beyond grateful.

Called around a couple of places to look into getting my A/C fixed. Some other place quoted me a starting price of $225 JUST to diagnose the issue. I called Mobile Doc Auto Repair instead and explained my situation (as well as provided the codes my car is currently throwing). He wrote the codes down, did some research, and called me back. Took him two minutes to figure out the underlying issue and relay it to me for free over the phone. Told me he realistically couldn't do anything until I fixed my transmission first.
