Update 9/23/26-
After working closely with Austin at GrassMonkey and the regular monthly technician we have the problem area in our front yard looking good. The team has been following up regularly over the past few weeks and I appreciate the extra communication (much better customer service!) I am happy to continue service with Grass Monkey.
Since the post below, I have been contacted by upper management to work on issues- with our lawn but more importantly communication. I will continue to update as we move forward with lawn repair and monthly service.
