I have used Farrell Air Conditioning for a minimum of 6 years. They have always been the best company to call. Just had them out yesterday as my 20 year old AC unit broke again and this time I’m replacing the whole unit. Goose and his team were quick to come and diagnose and provide me with my options. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them to get the job done.

After being let down by another AC company last summer, who was going to make us wait 4 days with no air conditioning (AFTER they had just been to our house and failed to repair the problem in the first place) we called Farrell AC and they came out THAT DAY and several days after until the issue was repaired.
Recently our electric went out and when it came back on the AC was not working. We called Farrell again and they came right out. When they saw the issue had to do with the power company and not our air conditioner, they told us who to contact and didn't charge us for their time.
Showed up same day to diagnose the issue with our A/C and replaced the blower motor the same day. The team gave us great customer service and they were very honest. Will be using them again in the future.
