I called at 2:30 pm on a Friday because our unit wasn’t cooling the house (purchased through Benjamin Brothers). I did the usual checks of the drain lines but there was more that needed to be done. They had a very busy day but called us at 8:30 pm to say that they would be with us in 45 minutes. Came out and worked on the fan and parts to get us back to a cool home with a working air conditioner. We are so happy that Sal was able to come by at this late of a time. He fixed the problem and we are grateful!!
