“We came to Vetco to establish our dog as a new patient and to follow up from a recent ER visit earlier in the week. Dr. James and his entire staff were absolutely excellent. The two techs who helped us, David and Autumn, were so nice and welcoming. They really took the time to listen to us and truly cared. Dr. James was great and so informative. He spent so much time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. He answered all of our questions and we had quite a few due to our dogs recent injury. The staff was clearly busy and apologized for very little wait times and even stayed after hours to complete a very thorough exam. The level of care we received was excellent and they really reassured us with any concerns we had with our dog. I’m so happy that we brought our dog Kona to them and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vet to see them.“
