We came to Vetco to establish our dog as a new patient and to follow up from a recent ER visit earlier in the week. Dr. James and his entire staff were absolutely excellent. The two techs who helped us, David and Autumn, were so nice and welcoming. They really took the time to listen to us and truly cared. Dr. James was great and so informative. He spent so much time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. He answered all of our questions and we had quite a few due to our dogs recent injury. We were able to get our dog in within a couple hours for an appointment. Dr. Jamie is so personable. I did not get the young ladies name at the front desk but she was absolutely so nice and welcoming. And Dani the intake tech was awesome. I apologize if I spelled her name wrong.

The staff was friendly and the prices are affordable. I was 30 minutes late to the appointment for my new puppy and the staff still squeezed me in without a problem. The receptionist was more than kind and very helpful at getting me signed up for the Petco rewards program. The vet technician and the doctor listened to all my concerns and gave my little pup the best care. I will definitely be returning with our little baby, Chicken, for all his future health needs!
