We discovered Paytas Homes online through a realtor's YouTube channel and knew we had to see the models when we began our search in the Palm Coast area. It was a quick and easy decision for us based on the price, design options, quality of the build and great customer service. Kim Casagni was an absolute pleasure to work with and made our experience seamless and straightforward. We've been in our new build for just over a year now, and couldn't be any happier with our decision!

I purchased a home from Paytas. My home was move-in ready. The purchase process was seamless and stress free. The sales agent, Kim Casagni, was excellent--very patient. Kim has a great personality--always smiling, which made it a wonderful experience for me. It was a pleasure working with the entire Paytas team.
