Charis is amazing and helped me greatly postpartum with my pelvic floor, general fitness and my overall postpartum well being. I am thankful for the advice and exercises provided. Bonus is Charis has a great easy going personality and I felt so comfortable with her.

Charis is amazing to work with! The environment is very relaxed and comfortable with a non-judgmental attitude. She answers and explains any questions you may have very well along with showing good demonstrations for exercises needed. Her warm and caring nature makes it feel like you’re spending time with a long time friend while catering to your physical therapy needs. 10/10 would recommend!
