I had a somewhat urgent matter and needed an exam. I randomly called this location and I'm so glad I did. They were extremely accommodating and able to get me in right away. Once I arrived I was greeted by Dr. Wilgers. She was amazing! She took her time performing all of the necessary tests and explained the procedures in detail. I work in the medical field and deal with doctors of all specialties on a daily basis. She is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered and I doubt there's a better Optometrist in existence.
My experience at Total Vision was great! The doctor was friendly and the wait was less than 5 minutes! After my exam they helped me choose my frames and I could not be happier! I'm very indecisive but they helped me narrow down what I was looking for and showed me frames that I just love! I will be back!
I have been going to this Office for 10 Years! From making an Appointment with the Girls at the Front Desk, to seeing Dr. Wilgers, I could not ask for better service and wonderful experience in this office. My Glasses are always done perfectly!
