I have been in the Beauty Industry for many years. As a National Educator and Trainer, I have seen many women that have had permanent makeup done by other companies. Kari Boatner did my eyebrows, lips, and eyeliner , of course I compare to what I have seen, and there is nobody that can do permanent makeup like Kari Boatner.
