I called , spoke to Vicki, she was gracious enough to give the hourly rate, others just told the trip charge without an estimate for potential problem. Toilet needed new gasket to stop leak. Clint arrived on time, replaced gasket and flapper and all was good. I like knowing hourly rate, vs trip charge and a big unknown!!! Thanks Clint and Halifax plumbing 6/1/26

I had a great experience with Halifax, plumbing. Communication from Ashlee and Vicki in the office regarding quotes any questions I had and the technicians arrival time and requirements, Lance and his assistant did a great install kept a clean workspace. After the install the follow up from the office staff again was great. It’s not often you have a contractor in their staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is right and you’re 100% satisfied with a simple job. Would recommend using them!
