“Haircuts are not usually fun...they are something that needs to be done. Yet when I walked in to get my hair cut by Madison Day, I realized that it was like talking to a friend. Not only is she a perfectionist when it comes to hair, she actually cares about the people sitting in her chair. She asked questions about my interests, hobbies, and life and she took special care with each question. It made me feel seen and our conversation was one of the highlights of my Saturday. She is an asset to the business and will go so far in her life.However, I also want to add that I have been seen by many other stylists at this location and they are all excellent. I adore this Hair Cuttery and the employees that make it such a good experience. 10/10 will recommend every time.“

“I've been getting my hair cut there since 2017. All other cutters recognized my age as a senior and I got a senior discount.This is the first time I got neither the discount nor a shampoo.While it was an excellent cut, the up-charge left me scratching my newly cut head.I've been told that even after telling her I am 77 years old I was supposed to ask for the discount.I'm just a bit disappointed.Alex.“
