Haircuts are not usually fun...they are something that needs to be done. Yet when I walked in to get my hair cut by Madison Day, I realized that it was like talking to a friend. Not only is she a perfectionist when it comes to hair, she actually cares about the people sitting in her chair. She asked questions about my interests, hobbies, and life and she took special care with each question. It made me feel seen and our conversation was one of the highlights of my Saturday. I had an appt with Chastity for the 1st time. I had a dilemma with my hair so I was in crisis mode when I arrived. Chastity kept me calm and set the tone that she wasn’t giving up with time we got this together. She was patient and kind to my situation and just showed extreme compassion to my situation which I desperately needed. I can’t thank her enough when I say life changing results… I’m serious she not only fixed my dilemma with zero mishaps she gave me the cutest cut and style I LOVE!!!
