I have had Florida Healthcare for years. Very happy with them. Have gone to the facility for lab work, x-rays, shots and to see a doc when I couldn't get in with my primary care soon enough. Have had good experiences.

Terrible. My husband brought our 6 month old in today because she has Covid and a fever of 102.2. Before he could even tell them what was going on, they heard fever and infant and assumed it was a uti. Told him they can’t take her Justine sample and told him he needed to go to the ER. Why would you assume my 6 month old had a UTI? That is not even common for that age range unless severe neglect or abuse. What became my husband is black, he’s a bad father? This is not the first time we have received TERRIBLE care there. Do NOT go to this urgent care if you actually want to receive care.

My wife uses their pharmacy. The people behind the counter are beyond helpful. Thet are also the most polite people I have ever encountered in snuff pharmacy setting

This is a really good pharmacy. Every time I come in they're always very friendly and always ask about how people are doing and it's not just a "something to say" situation. They seem to really genuinely care about their regular customers and are very helpful to the "passersby"! If the pharmacy reads this review, thank yinzall for always being so helpful and thoughtful because us as customers appreciate your efforts! Keep up the amazing work!

I have to give HUGE praise for the ladies that do the blood draw. Specifically Camry and the blonde (she was originally the only one there but I didn’t get her name)! I unfortunately passed out, but these two ladies treated me with such respect, care and genuinely care for their patients!! Not that I’m surprised because the techs are always good but I’m so incredibly blessed to have gotten the wonderful treatment I got after having such a frightening experience! I can’t say enough good things about Camry and the other tech!!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!! Deneen Godawa

Dr. Fritze claims she is conservative which strikes me as odd. Not sure if that means she’s conservative in diagnosing medical conditions or what else that might mean coming from a family doctor. How could being a conservative family doctor possibly be a good thing? Both times I saw her she tried to convince me my health conditions are all imaginary, and she told me she doesn’t see the need for me to see specialists which other specialists previously referred me to. Then she sort of reprimanded me for going to specialists who I was referred to in the past, most of which came back with a brand new medical diagnosis. I’ve never had an HMO before now. I am definitely not impressed with the care or lack thereof. Hopefully there is nothing very serious going on because I can’t go to the specialists I was referred to previously without first getting her permission under this HMO…
