We purchased beautiful flooring from the Floor Factory at a great price and the staff at the store recommended an installer for us. . Roy Driskell and his crew did the installation and they were incredible. Our condo floor was very uneven and they did a fantastic job. The transitions from room to were done so well. I would highly recommend both the store and the installers we used.
I went to the outlet with a rough idea of square footage of carpets to be removed and laminated flooring to be installed. An appointment was set up for outlet rep to come to my home to exact measure. He called ahead, was on time. Very pleasant. No high pressure sale. Very satisfied with work done. No regrets.
