Had a slight problem with ac surging up a down. Called Flair made appt for next day. They called me back 30 minutes later. Had a cancellation able to send technician within the hour. Ethan showed up diagnosed the problem luckily had the part on his truck corrected the problem. We were up a running in no time flat. Parts under warranty just paid service fee. And labor very affordable. Fast efficient, courtesy and professional.

Flair has been servicing my house since before I owned it. We recently had an issue with our AC and they sent a technician out promptly. The technician was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and was able to fix our issue quickly. It's clear this is a company that operates with a lot of integrity, when a lot of other companies might try to get their technicians to upcharge on field visits. We appreciate Flair's awesome customer service and will be calling them any time we have an issue with our air conditioning system.
