From start to finish, I couldn't be so pleased. Nate that ordered my windows, was on top of things when my association turned me down for my front bay window. One phone call to the building department Nate found out my association was wrong in what they were stating. It did meet code. Good job Nate. Scott who measured the windows was very nice and professional. Thanks Scott.... perfect fit.

I cannot say enough about Dovi windows. I had several different quotes Dovi came in at the most reasonable. They showed up on time, they kept everything very clean and they were polite. My sales person, Nate went above and beyond. Sliders and Windows are very expensive and I did not have enough funds at the time to get a screen door. I called six months later to order a screen door and when they told me how much the installation was, I told them could figure it out on my own. I struggled and struggled and could not get the door in , so it sat on my back porch. Nate called me a couple of weeks after getting the screen door and asked if I managed to get it set up. I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience of getting new double entry doors and an arched transom window installed by Dovi Doors! The results are phenomenal, and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. From the very beginning, Sheri was instrumental in helping us find the perfect door for our home. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, from start to finish, patiently answering all our questions and ensuring every detail was covered.
