I have the best technician. Robert is top notch. He is professional and listens to my concerns. And what I really find amazing my one dog really likes him even when Robert is carrying his equipment esp the wand. Oliver does not bark just goes up and greets Robert. And if Oliver does not like someone or what is in their hands he lets you know. Not with Robert. I definitely feel I can trust Robert which is so important as the technician is coming into your home and you want to feel safe. With Robert and the way Oliver reacts to him I know I have that trust and safety which I find extremely important. Thank you. Robert.
