The Bill Shafer Plumbing team are outstanding. I've hired them for many jobs over the years, including several of which were repairs to do something the right way after someone else had dont it incorrectly the first time. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with 1-Tom-Plumber! Alex was absolutely outstanding—personable, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it with ease, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of service. He also took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated.
I also want to give credit to the dispatcher I spoke with when I first called. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient in getting everything set up.

They did a fantastic job. We had an 11:00 PM water heater issue, and I was able to call them the next day. Jeff came out on his last run. They were able to fix it for much less than I expected. Bill even called afterward to see how everything went. Excellent company with great customer service.
