Second time visiting...and 2nd visit was as good as the first. Very through and they get you back quickly. So glad to have this location right down the street. The staff, doctors and practitioners are amazing!

This clinic was so helpful and accommodating in seeing our son. Being Canadians, getting our travel insurance approved was really easy with this clinic. We got a diagnosis and a prescription quickly. Special thank you to Donna for being so sweet and patient with our little guy! Definitely recommend this clinic for anyone visiting from out of town, especially.

The staff at this location was excellent with my 11-year-old! Their bedside care with her was spectacular and really helped what was a difficult day — and we expected to be a difficult experience — because she was in pain. The staff was efficient and very knowledgeable in ordering the tests needed and diagnosing the condition accurately. I so appreciate the doctors and nurses for taking great care of my daughter! The facility was very clean and we were seen quickly also!

My blood pressure was dangerously high. My doctor’s office was closed with no one on call. (I tried). Josh guided the staff and sent me to Walgreens close to the office for the appropriate medication. I am so grateful.

Pleasant check in. Quick care and doctor exam. Doctor kind attentive and helpful. Always my first choice when I need health care beside my pc doctor.

I had swimmers' ear. The Nurse irrigated my ear 8+ times with TAP WATER!!
It is now my understanding one never irrigates an infected ear as it pushes the infection deeper & there is a risk of perforating the ear drum plus causing a middle ear infection. I am a lay person, so I trusted the professionals & consented to this treatment. However, my wife is a retired RN & when I came home with this information, she was appalled. She stated Aural irrigation with TAP WATER has the risk of introducing bacteria, chemicals, etc into the ear canal. There are various scholary articles stating patients, especially elderly, can develop malignant external otitis. Please note I still cannot hear out of my left ear. If that continues on Monday I will visit a different Urgent Care. I doubt our family will use this center again.
I recommend your staff be educated on the appropriate care for swimmers ear.

I am still fighting this sickness. I through up everything last night. I am still taking your prescription and Tylenol. Not sure what else to do.
