Windows Installation in Port Charlotte

Their sales representatives Sal was so knowledgeable about their products and when he came to our home for the estimate, there was no pressure whatsoever and he walked me through the process from start to finish. That was a very pleasant experience. A few months later, the crew arrived with our new PGT windows and sliding doors. Justin P. , Dom, and their crew did an incredibly outstanding job removing and reinstalling our windows and doors as if they were replacing their own. Very attentive, great coordination amongst the crew, always respectful of our property keeping the worksite clean at all times and after 4 days and on time, we had our beautiful new windows and doors installed. “This is Amelia Roman on Zinnea Street. The installers did a great job with my slider handle replacements, replacing one set of sliders, fixing one set of sliders & replacing my front door & window pane.

However; the installers left part of my old doorframe toward the back of my house by my gate instead of disposing of the door or placing it on the curbside for trash pick.

With my disability, I am unable to pick up the doorframe and haul it to the curb. This is the reason why it is 4 stars and not 5. I found this to be very sloppy & unprofessional.

I would appreciate if the installers come and take this partial doorway from the side of my home and dispose of it.
