I can’t say enough good things about this place! They are some of the nicest, caring, non judgmental staff I’ve ever experienced in a vet office! I’ve gone twice in the past 3 months for my dogs and every time they gave the appropriate care, no nickel and dime-ing me for unnecessary care, gave me options, and left relieved! I’ve been in port charlotte a few years now. I’ve been to multiple vets with Phattie Mae and never liked any of them. Tonight my baby needed stitches and I took her to this er. They were amazing. These ladies arnt there just for a job. They do it for the animals. I left Phattie with them. That’s a big deal for me because I just don’t leave her with anyone. Dr Alex Murray was phenomenal. She kept me posted on every step of the way. Hailey she is the Vet tech I could just kiss her on the cheek! She was so patient with Phattie when we first got there and Phattie was nervous. Truly exceptional staff, they remained remarkably composed with patients' distraught owners, showing empathy over the wait time. They ensured each patient received the attention they needed, showering my dog with extraordinary care, and displaying genuine affection, kindness, and compassion.
