Excellent customer service! Joe is fantastic at his job! Personable, kind, and knows what he is doing. He went the extra mile for us, that’s a fact! We had a pool tile re-grout and it came out perfect for what he had to work with! Our pool is aging and it looks great. I’m telling you, this company is top notch. We were assigned the best tech. From now on when I use them: “If they don’t send Joe, it’s a no go!” ?
Joe the technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He successfully identified a crack in our skimmer and repaired it with quick setting epoxy . He then checked all the other openings that could possibly leak such as spa jets, light fixtures, and return lines. They were all fine, so he applied some more slower, setting epoxy to the skimmer and explained the whole process to us. The price for the repairs was very reasonable.
If you have a leak or even think you have a leak, you want to call Sherlock. When you do, request Joe, as your technician. Sherlock is a reliable company, the rates are reasonable, and they show up when they say they will. Joe is knowledgeable, personable, and works diligently to do a thorough and complete job.
