PGI has earned a customer. I had a minor emergency when my keypad crapped out but NEEDED to get into my safe. I called them since they're close by and was greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of phone. She took note of my issue and my information for a call back. Mike returned my call within a half hour and I was luckily and thankfully able to make an appointment for the next day. He showed up earlier in the time window than I expected and was able to diagnose my issue, open the safe, and install a new keypad in almost no time at all. A+++
