PGI Safe And Lock

I purchased a new home and was left with a pile of keys, most of which didn't work for any lock in my home. PGI, came out and quickly rekeyed all my locks to one master key at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the work they did and would for sure recommend them to others.

Today I took my elderly friend in to PGI, she had lost her safe key during 2 moves before and after hurricaine Ivan. Their service was outstanding- they quickly were able to get the right key to fit the lock. After making a duplicate, we left very satisfied with the great customer service from all the employees in the store. The charge for their service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend PGI Safe and Lock.

I cannot say enough about this family owned business. From the time I entered the showroom I was treated with such professionalism and kindness. Kristi answered all the questions and went over all the different options. It was clear she was trying to find the best fit, rather than the most expensive.Delivery was incredible. The guys were so careful and handled an 800 lb safe like a carton of eggs. Fit perfectly where I needed it to be placed. Then proceeded to help me get everything setup.This is an example of how business is suppose to be done. Face to face, neighbor to neighbor.
