When we first moved to Port Charlotte we had what I was told were palmetto bugs. We contacted Mug A Bug and Danny came right over. I told him I thought we had palmetto bugs, he laughed and explained that palmetto bugs were a nice way to say cockroaches. We hired him and immediately, no more “palmetto” bugs. We also had more ants than I could believe. He sprays for both on a regular basis and no more bugs. We enjoy the Mug A Bug guys, polite, efficient, and have a great sense of humor. We will keep them for as long as they or we are here. ??
