This is by far and away the best walk-in clinic in Charlotte County , I had amazing help with a infection over Memorial Day Weekend and was treated by Yvonne Rodriguez APRN who took time to answer all my concerns and then prescribe on a holiday weekend a antibiotic that help settle down my pain ... She is amazing health care professional.

It’s the 2nd time I meet Lisa Ferrentino, every time the experience was amazing. Lisa is extremely professional, empathetic, knowledgeable. Everybody is very nice. The x-ray nurse was excellent too. The waiting time was less than 40 min, that’s great understanding that is a walk in clinic. The service was quick and efficient.

When I walked in, there were 2 people ahead of me . After checking in, I sat there over an hour. When I was called back , I was seated in the exam room for an hour. I heard their lunch orders, I heard the man in the exam room next to me ask if they had forgotten about him. There could have been an apocalypse going on and I wouldn’t know in the windowless room. Their customer service is lacking. I would have handled it better if they would have just acknowledged me. Maybe a , “we’ll be with you after lunch.”

On New Year's Eve day, the busiest time of the year, I stood in line with a room full of hurting people and watched Mary B kindly and methodically help the 2 people in front of me. The first lady had issues with her insurance and the second, a man needing to drop off a large order for the adjoining company that should have been there to receive it.. She wouldn’t give up until both people’s problems were solved.
APRN LIsa F, professionally, thoroughly and sweetly explained my issue, what would happen if it wasn’t taken care of and how to avoid it in the future. Great experience - Kudos to you!

This walk-in clinic was by far the best, even delightful experience I have ever had in a medical setting!! I was there not feeling great, plus it was NYE ( their busiest day of the year) not one rude staff member did I encounter!! Mary D. at the front desk went way above and beyond to help with my insurance. I had never been there plus I am a snowbird from out of state! Her supervisor had to get involved and she was a delight also! Dr. Lisa was amazing!! I only wish I could make her my primary doctor!! This experience has restored my faith in the overall medical system!! Thank you Millennium in Port Charlotte ( on Tamiami ) for doing what you do and for doing it with kindness, patience, and a smile! You all are a blessing! ❤️
