La France has always been my go-to place for dry cleaning. They have been in Port Charlotte for over 30 years and their quality and service is always been top-notch. I brought in two suits on Tuesday, Wednesday I picked them up.

Ruined a costly comforter by washing it in hot water when I specifically asked for it to be dry cleaned. Got no response from the owner/manager. Would not even take a phone call. I would warn others not to patronize this place

First took a linen sweater to check out service. Perfect. Then took a crepe dress with white cat hair and perfume smell. Perfect. Absolutely will keep using for dry cleaning. Prices are good.

I’d stay far away from this place. The customer service is some of the worst I have experienced from any business.
Makes zero business sense to have personnel in customer facing roles that are vocally displeased with having to help a customer with standard services.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I took 2 shirts with look like a mustard stain. Picked them up few weeks later. Both stains still there. She said she will run them through again. Went to pick up second time. Stains still there. I said they are still there. He said they can’t guarantee any stains would come out. I paid almost $30 for 2 shirts and they look like the day I dropped them off!

I was charged nearly $70.00 for EIGHT (8!!!!!) pieces of clothes. 3 shorts and 5 polo shirts! Horrifically unbelievable,
In response to your reply of the above: We live in the Chicago suburbs for part of the year. Not at all different from Sarasota/Venice/North Port/ Port Charlotte. Same exact travel miles. Population. Shorts: $4. 95. ALL shirts including starch and other specialty needs: $4.95…..

Very expensive. Expect to wait for approximately 5 business days to have a single item cleaned and pressed

Friendly staff, didn’t realize how expensive it is to dry clean 2 coats.

Great job on all of my clothes. PRICES ARE REASONABLE. PICK UP AND DROP is an added benefit. Couldn't ask for more, except maybe the 10% discount given for pre-paying. Customer for YEARS.

Terrible service waited 1 week before they asked if I would sign a waiver for any damage to an expensive jacket. That is when I read reviews and just said bring it back. I went 4 times to get the jacket and they continued to make excuses why it was not at the Murdock location Just a lot of wasted time and poor communication Never will be back
