Chris, from the Port Charlotte location, came out to do the fire ant inspection on January 2. I was not home when he arrived. He called and text me a photo of my leaking well tank, which I was not aware. Because of his thoughtfulness and kindness, he saved me from a potentially bigger problem. I was a little hesitant about the time it took for someone to come out to set up service, but now I see why. Norm came out and did and extremely wonderful job. He was very thorough, personable, and extremely professional. His knowledge was extensive, and you can tell he takes pest control very seriously. He sat down with me, walked me through all the services, explained the costs, and addressed all my concerns. Not many people are thorough and caring when it comes to their work, but he went above and beyond. I'm glad I was patient because the entire process makes sense to me. He was also very courteous and respectful of my home.

I recently switched to Hughes and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and showed up in a timely manner. During the home inspection the gentleman was honest and did not try to upsell me on anything which I appreciate. I will definitely be recommending Hughes to all my family and friends.
