Went yesterday and am not up to date with styles/lingo. Was not happy with the cut I ASKED FOR. Just got out of the stylists chair. She fixed MY mistake no charge because of their guarantee. Couldn't be happier!

Went with a friend on Valentine's Day because we had a coupon ad for a special rate. It's been more than 10 years since I've had a salon haircut, and I'm thrilled that I chose Great Clips in Bayshore Village in Port Charlotte! (Publix plaza where JoAnn Fabrics used to be).
Super nice and great service! Maybe hair coloring next time...?

I got a great haircut, not disappointed at all, friendly stylist, boyfriend also had gotten a haircut and beard trim, he received a pleasing grooming,.I checked in online and they were ready when we arrived. We were very pleased there.
