Grant Pools builds beautiful pools at competitive prices. Customers praise the team, including Brian, Randy, Freddy, Kay, and Richard, for their work and professionalism. However, some customers report difficulties getting after-sales service. They have experienced issues with pool leaks and haven't been able to reach the owner for resolution.
What I appreciate most about this place is the consistency. Every visit has been positive, whether I'm purchasing a major piece of equipment or just grabbing a few maintenance supplies. The employees are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to answer questions thoroughly.
We had an amazing experience with Brian at Fox Pools. We recently had to replace our salt cell and repair pavers and Brian kept us informed and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Fox Pools for maintenance and repair work.
Fox Pools did a great job remodeling our pool and deck 2 years ago. Very happy with how it looks! Most recently, we've had some issues with a drain and skimmer problem and I'd like to shout out some praise for Brian Ceo, Service Manager. Brian has gone above and beyond to make our experience very positive.
