I got my car from carvana and when I filed a claim right after I got it, it showed that I could take Firestone complete car care. I dealt with Justin, Stephanie, Scott and the girl at the country that checked me out, I forgot her name. I went Monday morning an dropped it off. I got it Tuesday evening. They came and picked me up from my house because I couldn’t get a ride. They kept me informed. They sent me invoices and the claims dept Silver Rock. They were efficient and work diligently to get things approved and fixed on my car. Thank you for your service and what you do.

I stopped by to get my wheel lug loosen because it was like almost welded and the girl at the counter came out with 1 of the mechanics. She tried all her strength then the mechanic was able to loosen it and no charge! This place has great customer service and take care of you. Thank you so much! I will continue bringing all my cars here.

No one ever wants to go to the local auto care because it’s rarely ever good news.
