Our air went out during the Labor day weekend. Pino's represent was very courteous and helpful during my call. He assured me he would be at my home in 10-15 minutes, and as promised, he was. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. I can't praise his outstanding professionalism and knowledge enough. I have dealt with Dale’s Air Conditioning for decades. They were the company that replaced our AC unit in our home, soI sign up for twice a year service calls for the A/C basically due to our age. Today was my service day and they said they would be at my home between 2 and 4 PM. The technician Michael showed up at about 15 minutes before 2 and called me. I told him where I was and that I would return home immediately. He was very thoughtful, very polite and very knowledgeable. He took care of our air-conditioning servicing by cleaning out the outside AC unit that needed to be taken care of, but also cleaned my inside filters, by taking them outside and washing them...read full review
