It was a great experience with Cliffs Air Conditioning & Heating. They Installed a whole new 3 ton system in just a few hours. They even came sooner than originally scheduled. The service Techs were very professional and informative. I would highly recommend this company.
Cliffs installed a brand new Rheem 5 ton ac unit after Ian. Our system we had died from the hurricane. Gave us a fair replacement cost for a new system. Took an entire day for technicians to dissemble and install entirely new system. Awesome neat job. They were great. Here we are April 2026 and we noticed the house was not cooling sufficiently. They came here on Good Friday , did what needed to fix the problem. We needed an additional part which was not available till Tuesday, but they added stimulant which was the essential problem with a leak, They were here Tuesday, finished the repair. They keep us informed by , text, phone call, email. Answered all questions we had.... read full review
Cliff's saved us after another AC company left us hanging for 4 days without AC in 85+ degree days. Matt and Jeff had us back up and running in 4 hours from the time we contacted them. Won't call anyone else in the future. They are the best!
