I just had Charlotte Plumbing do a full service job at my home. I had all the water Turn Off Valves replaced due to Age and Corrosion. Alex did the job in a Quiet, Professional Manner. After finishing removal and reinstalling 10 valves. And a bunch of water lines. He turned the water back on and Inspected each valve and hose for any leakage. He left all the areas clean and neat and disposed of the old valves. Alex and Charlotte Plumbing is highly recommended by me.

Jay is the guy I always ask for. He's very personable. He doesn't mind when I ask him questions which is refreshing because there are still men who talk down to women no matter what. Pick his brain. You'll see! Charlotte plumbing is a great company. Whenever I talk with anyone there on the phone, I feel like a member of a club. They remember me even if it's been a while since I talked to them.
