Called 4 days before Christmas about a clog we had which led to not being able to use our kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine. They sent out a technician NEXT DAY and stated he would arrive between 12-3. Our plumber arrived at 12:01 on the dot, I explained the issue, he did his thing & was out of there in less than 35 minutes. He was very nice and explained the remedy. Thank you guys for wonderful service. I’ll be recommending you all to everyone I know.

We are new to the area, and had another company come out and give us a quote that I thought was EXTREMELY HIGH. I called Charlotte Plumbing who not only was very helpful, but confirmed the quote I received from the other company was HIGH. Charlotte Plumbing came in at a reasonable price and were professional from start to finish. Rich was awesome on the job, and Courtney handled the administrative side perfectly. I will recommend them to anyone who may need plumbing work. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!
