Pipedex Plumbing & Drains is a family-owned company with high standards and integrity. Paul arrived the very next morning to fix a leaking kitchen sink and about 6 other fixes; the home was back in business by dinner. Paul also walked through the home, pointed out potential issues, and installed a new garbage disposal, handheld shower head, and new kitchen faucet system. Communication with headquarters was very professional. Vadim and Alex did a fantastic job including a great clean up. Paul was the local tech with 4 kids and did a fantastic job installing a new toilet in 3 hours. A repipe was also done by amazing guys who went above and beyond to make the customer happy. Pipedex is highly recommended for any plumbing issues.
Suddenly I had no hot water so called Pipedex based on a referral. Paul (the tech) gets five stars! He arrived a bit earlier than scheduled (when does that ever happen?). Identified the problem with my hot water but also found an issue with my 2 yr old hot water heater he believed was a warranty issue. He proceeded to take pictures, communicate with the manufacturer on my behalf, haul the old unit back to Home Depot, brought the replacement unit back, installed it and explained everything he was doing along the way. Service was reasonably priced. I can highly recommend Pipedex -- and ask for Paul!
Paul with Pipedex arrived at our home the very next morning after we called. This was great because we had a leaking kitchen sink and were doing dishes in the laundry room sink. Pipedex is highly recommended. Our plumber Paul was outstanding. He walked through our home and pointed out potential issues and corrected all. He installed new garbage disposal, handheld shower head and new kitchen faucet system.
