I can’t thank Dr. Carlo and the staff at Charlotte Animal Hospital enough. My six month old puppy, Duke, needed emergency surgery and Dr. Carlo stayed after hours to save his life. It was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever been through, but she took such amazing care of him and kept me informed every step of the way.
Everyone at the hospital was kind, compassionate, and truly cared about Duke. You can tell this team loves what they do and treats every animal like their own. The staff is amazing from the second you walk in, everybody there is happy and seems to LOVE animals, the place is clean and smells good. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and went over everything and what to expect. They even give you your medicine in a cute little treat bag, they are reasonably priced. It is very hard to find a good vet. I’m so happy I found them. Thank you everyone who works there for making a horrible situation easier and thank you for being so caring.
Today was a hard day. Had to say good bye to my beloved kitty of 18 yrs. The Doc and tech were amazing. Thank you. They cared for him in his aging and during his passing
