If u ever go looking for a stove y don't u give bill smith your first stop. Reason I can get serial #&model on them were as looking at HP & L. Don't have. So if u look a reviews u will know if any stove has a issue and what it's rating is. By serial & model. We're as the other competitors same stove. ( after alot of research and fingers crossed u match up the same item . They say 4.5 stars. But reviews say 2-3 and others say don't buy. When the bad out weight the good. If you need an appliance they have it. Traditional white, to modern stainless steel. High end, high price to budget friendly. Plenty on display and even more available to choose from. We dealt with Mike and he was super knowledgeable, super friendly, fast, not pushy. The way sales staff should be. Definitely shop here if you need something.

So glad I chose Bill Smith Appliance. After reading reviews I was hoping to get Arsenio as a sales person..I did and I was so pleased. He is very honest extremely knowledgeable with great customer service skills. I would highly recommend Arsenio and Bill Smith Appliance.
