Would not currently recommend this company. They cleaned our roof but destroyed some of the plantings around the house. Can only assume the chemicals they used on the roof was the culprit. If the chemicals were that corrosive they should have warned me and at a minimum covered the bushes. Have pictures that I sent to the company and have not received a reply. On the plus side, mold spores on my roof were killed by the bleach and TSP solution sprayed at low pressure. Has lasted twice as long (2.5 yrs) compared to water pressure only. Problem was he didn't cover my plants in Aug 2016 cleaning the solution killed 30% of the plants on the perimeter. Jim Larese

Chuck Bergman's worker (Jerry?) did an excellent job pressure washing my house, sidewalk, curbing and driveway the other day. It started to rain and he stayed out there and got soaked but continued on with the job. A dedicated employee. He did a great job!

Chuck Bergman is not only knowledgeable in the field of soft-wash roof cleaning but, also possesses knowledge in the pressure cleaning industry. There are a lot of non-licensed, non-insured, non-informed people running around causing damage to roofs, homes, and giving legitimate companies a bad rep, and Chuck is non of these-he has been in this field for many years and is respected by other roof cleaning companies, and residents of Sarasota/Charlotte Counties. I'd hire him in a heart beat!
