I imagine I am the same as everyone else - when it comes to hiring a roofer I know essentially nothing. After talking with the representatives of this company, I felt pretty good about hiring them. They did a great job on the roof, didn't damage any surrounding property, quickly corrected any problem I found, and were very good at communicating with me. I think they went above and beyond what I expected and feel good about recommending them to everyone.
I love my new roof! I had hurricane damage from Milton that required a full roof replacement. After interviewing several roofers I chose Abel Sterling, as they have great reviews and were recommended by a friend. Everyone from start to finish was courteous, efficient, and responsive. From the initial representative and staff in the office, to the crew and the dumpster delivery man. I saw a level of customer service that is rare nowadays. Detailed documentation was provided to my insurance company timely, making the insurance review process smooth. My roof looks great and I am very happy with the quality of materials and workmanship. I called over eight roofing companies in the area... and Able Sterling blew all of them out of the water. The team is professional, responsive, honest, and fair. Able Sterling is so efficient that they were able to finish the job before certain other companies were even able to give a quote. I am happy to have worked with them and I will definitely refer others to them going forward. There's a reason why they have all of these great reviews! Keep up the great work.
