My first time. Very clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Pedicure and manicure chairs were comfortable. Great selection of colors. I did not get technicians name? Station 11. She is skilled and efficient.
My experience at 5 star Nails was phenomenal. I am apart of the Blind Community. The Employees /customer service from the service desk to the eyebrow chair was phenomenal. It was an great experience.
I have taken down my former one star review, as the salon manager (Lee) has absolutely made things right. While my service was indeed deserving of the one star, Lee and the salon Owner have gone above and beyond to correct all aspects of the issue, INCLUDING further education for Lena to ensure client safety and satisfaction. As a licensed cosmetologist myself, I respect and so their professionalism and effectiveness in remedying the situation to the benefit of all parties. As stated before, this is my preferred nail salon, and one of only 2 clean salons in the area. Their prices are reasonable, and their staff does truly care, as demonstrated by my experience.
