Rick was incredibly rude in his response when I inquired about a 2023 wedding, letting me know that they "do not take weddings on Mother's Day Weekend" and my "budget was far from realistic", when I didn't even share a budget with him! Avoid this place if you can, and use another florist for wedding flowers! And Mother's Day Flowers too!

We recently requested a quote for our wedding in 2023 with no specific budget stated in the initial email. We received the following email from Rick."In reply to your lead, first of all we do not take weddings on mother's day weekend, and the budget is far from realistic."A more professional response would have been greatly appreciated, Rick. We will take our business elsewhere and I advice others to do the same.

Beyond Rude! The lady on the phone was unprofessional, bothered and quite frankly just can't stand herself!! Now, I can't stand her either?. Never will I use your service or bother you to do your job again!

Walked in - barely acknowledged - older gentleman asked If he could help me ( like it was a problem) and all of his actions were short unprofessional and sassy and this was with every word - !! first off show some compassion - I was ordering a very large order of funeral flowers .......I couldn't take anymore and I walked out. This business won't ever get a flower order from me again and I will share all of this with those at the service, and again with all my family and friends. Completely wrong.
