Stellar service!!! I called Sun State Property Inspections as I was in a bind of finding someone quick for an inspection. What I received was way more than I ever expected. Gerard came out did a full inspection on the home, and found the problems the seller was trying to cover up, or neglected to mention. He wrote up a great report detailing everything top to bottom. After writing up the report he then took the time to explain it all to me over the phone, and answered all my questions. Even my agent was impressed with the report. Someone with 20+ years experience. Did I mention it ended up saving me some cash at the negotiating table!!! Let's just say well worth the money. Thank you Sun State Inspections on a job well done. Highly recommended!!!
