Been a patient there for 12 years and the quality of care has gone downhill since the acquisition by St Vincent’s. My wife has already found a new practice and I am looking. Terrible customer service.
My wife and I have found doctors here to be kind and helpful. The nurses and staff are also professional and kind. The transition to Saint Vincent’s Health was a rough process, but we stuck with our doctors and love them.
Possibly one of the worst doctors offices have ever been in to start with I spent an hour in the waiting room I have now been in the visitation room for 30 minutes and still no sign of anybody and all I need is a prescription refilled., unbelievable lack of any kind of management or care from any of the staff members awful place
