My husband and I recently completed the New Life Healthcare program and I highly recommend this program! I was encouraged to participate because of a success story I heard from a coworker. I am on a fertility journey and I know this has placed me on the right path to conceive naturally. Growing up, we (women) are told that hormonal mood swings are just a normal part of life that we need to manage. We're also told that cramping during menstruation is normal. New Life Healthcare has helped me to feel better about myself physically and mentally. I have learned how to eat better by watching how much sugars and other harmful ingredients are in my food. This program is well worth the investment. Thank you to Dr Tracy and his staff for all their support.

If you are looking for the guidance and accountability to get your health back on track, Dr. Tracy and his team is exactly what you need. I am just shy of 30 days in on my 9-month program and I am pleasantly surprised with the results I'm seeing already.I expected this to be grueling. I didn't expect to notice anything within the first month. I couldn't have been more wrong. I am not struggling whatsoever with cravings. I'm not starving. I'm eating delicious food that doesn't make me feel awful afterwards! My blood sugar has improved so much already.
