Such a scam! Do not click on their site. They aren’t the cheapest they are scam artists. They charge 6 dollars upfront then 35 or more for the certificate and if you get more than 6 wrong you fail. But you can
retest for another $30.
You get 6 wrong because they ask questions that aren’t covered in the material.
DO NOT use this company. Absolutely not. They advertise the BDI class for $5.94 and then add other charges with it when you register which is around $39. Ok, we can accept that. Then, they will ask you how to receive the certificate and will show that $39 amount for email delivery. So that people mistakenly think that email delivery is included with the registration since the amount is the same. There is no mention that, final test is not unlimited and will have to pay for it again and again if you fail, where lots of other schools offer unlimited exams and free email certificate delivery. NEVER, EVER, UTILIZE THIS COMPANY!! HIDDEN FEES!! - After you sign up, they tack on fees for everything. One fee charges you 39$ to EMAIL you a copy of your certificate! I called for a refund before taking the training, the gentlemen told me 2-3 business days for refund. I completed the training, and the system automatically re-charged me for the same certificate delivery fee. I called them again - and after seeing the documentation of the refund request, and knowing full well what error in the system occurred - THEY REFUSED TO REFUND.
