1/5 stars - Disappointing Service at J&J Cleaners

I recently used the fluff and fold service at J&J Cleaners, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Despite paying for the service, my clothes were not folded as expected, and my shirts were not spot-checked for any remaining stains. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and not what I've come to expect from a professional cleaning service.

I would not recommend J&J Cleaners to others. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I have used J&J's for years and they are the best. They always do a great job on everything including when I have special instructions, alterations or mending. The owners are are awesome and I count on them with my finest garments.

Took a pair of pants to be altered, had heard good things about the business. Well they said it would be a week for alteration to be ready, not ready after a week, and they don't do it in-house, they send out and charge $5 more than lings or others that do it in-house. Go somewhere else if you need something altered.
